USFans Spreadsheet: Find the Right Piece, Then Check the Details
Updated
Use this USFans spreadsheet collection to explore clothing, footwear and accessories without losing track of the particular item you want. Start with a category, inspect a candidate and carry the chosen size or version into the next decision. A collection is useful when it helps you compare, not simply when it contains more links.
The guides below connect discovery with the questions that follow: measurements, warehouse photos, costs and delivery. Product buttons open OG product pages; keep private orders and their status in the account used to buy them.
Search from a name or a picture
Open OG search with a product type, brand or visible detail in mind. If using an image, select the intended file in OG and confirm that its original preview appears before comparing the response. A missing preview or connection warning is a reason to check the input, not to call the displayed catalogue your image matches.
Use the image-search guide to compare shape, closure and other distinguishing details. Save the individual product you choose rather than the whole result page, then use the category guides below for the questions specific to that item.
Clothing and footwear links
These pages explain the details worth comparing for each type of item. They are reading guides, not statements that every illustrated option is available.
Swipe sideways to compare all columns.
| What you want to explore | Open the relevant guide | Useful first comparison |
|---|---|---|
| Everyday footwear | Shoes | Intended use and size information |
| A light top | T-shirts | Garment measurements and desired fit |
| A warm layer | Hoodies and sweaters | Room for the clothes worn underneath |
| Outerwear | Jackets | Layering, closures and dimensions |
| Bottoms | Pants and shorts | Waist, length and cut |
| A coordinated outfit | Sets | Which pieces and options are included |
| Team clothing | Jerseys | Version, printing and size |
| Smaller wardrobe items | Headwear, underwear, accessories | The particular size, component or finish |
Specialised choices have additional questions: football boots, watches, perfume, golf items and other categories. For example, a footwear comparison and a liquid-shipping question should not be handled as the same decision simply because both started with a product link.

Try a focused comparison with one candidate
Suppose you want a cap to wear with a jacket you already own. You can inspect the black North Face cap on OG as a starting point. The page identity gives you a reference to examine; it does not establish how the selected option will fit you.
Before saving several alternatives, decide what matters: the available size information, the adjustment description or the shape visible from different angles. Keep those questions with the candidate instead of adding a general approval such as “looks good”. If a needed detail is absent, ask about it rather than borrowing it from a similar cap.
This approach also helps you stop browsing. A second candidate is useful when it creates a meaningful comparison, not merely because another thumbnail appeared. Remove choices that do not serve the original purpose while keeping any unresolved requirement visible in your own notes.

Start with one product candidate
Open the T-shirt reference on OG to examine a candidate for an everyday top. Read its selected option and relevant garment details before adding it to your shortlist. This reference does not establish a completed USFans purchase, current stock or successful transfer of a variant between services.
Use a dated example without copying it across all options
Black and White 002 / M was the selected T-shirt combination in the 1 October 2026 capture, showing 126.72 CNY and a white chest graphic on black fabric. That view gives the next comparison a concrete reference. It does not make a different colour, size or future amount current merely because all those choices share one address.
Before making a choice, identify the option you actually want. A platform link and a product title are not substitutes for the selected colour, size and quantity. Recheck those fields after changing interfaces instead of assuming that a saved choice transferred with the link.
Use the size guide to compare measurements, and keep the selected option with the reference in your own notes. If you change candidates, do not transfer a measurement merely because the new thumbnail looks similar.

A compact row you can copy
Use these columns in a personal spreadsheet or notes table. They are a suggested format, not an export from your USFans account.
Swipe sideways to compare all columns.
| Field | What to enter | Why it belongs in the row |
|---|---|---|
| Product reference | The address and a short identifying description | Similar thumbnails should not erase the original reference |
| Intended option | Colour, labelled size, version and quantity | A product page alone may not identify your choice |
| Comparison question | One unresolved detail, such as sleeve length | Keeps the next action specific |
| Last observation | Date plus what you actually saw | A saved observation is not a permanent promise |
| Next action | Compare, ask, keep or remove | Separates an interesting find from a decision |
Keep passwords, identity documents and payment details out of a shared sheet. If you want feedback from a friend, share only the product references and questions needed for that comparison.
Worked example: one jacket, two possible sizes
Imagine that you want a jacket to wear over a sweater. You can open the jacket on OG as a product reference. That link does not establish the measurements, stock or suitability of any option.
Keep the selection sequence in the row
The jacket check on 1 October 2026 began at 63 CNY; choosing Model 2130 Zipper Style and then M produced 102.70 CNY. A row containing only the initial amount would omit the configured choice. Preserve the final option labels and checking date, then keep any sleeve or chest measurement question alongside them rather than reading dimensions from the photograph.
Create one candidate row with “room over my sweater” as the purpose. If you are considering two sizes, keep the two options visibly separate within that candidate. Do not count them as two different discoveries just to make the list longer.
Your first comparison question might be “How does the garment chest measurement compare with a jacket I already wear comfortably?” Record an answer only when you have the relevant measurement and know how it was taken. The size guide explains why a letter label alone cannot settle this question.
If the product reference changes, retain the old address in your own notes and identify the replacement. Silently overwriting it can leave an earlier measurement attached to the wrong product.

Decide what counts as a duplicate
Two rows with the same title are not automatically duplicates. They might refer to different sellers, versions or options. Conversely, two differently shortened addresses might lead to the same offer. Open the destinations and compare the actual selection before merging anything.
When merging genuine duplicates, retain useful differences: one row may contain the size question while the other has the date you inspected the page. The spreadsheet links guide covers keeping a reference connected to its intended offer.
Start with the question holding up your choice
| What you need now | Start here |
|---|---|
| A clearer way to compare collections | Best USFans spreadsheet |
| Help keeping an entry tied to its offer | USFans spreadsheet links |
| The stages between finding and receiving goods | USFans spreadsheet guide |
| A way to assess a collection's usefulness | USFans spreadsheet review |

Each question remains separate. An easy-to-use directory does not establish product quality, and a product photograph does not establish an available delivery arrangement. Choose the guide that addresses the uncertainty in front of you.
From a shortlist to a parcel
- Confirm the product reference, selected colour, size and quantity. Use the size guide to separate a label from the measurements you need.
- Follow the USFans spreadsheet guide for the purchase stages and payments for the amount or stage you are paying for. Keep the actual purchase reference with its account record.
- After warehouse arrival, use QC photos for specific visible questions and warehouse for the stored item's information. For a possible return, check the actual item, dates and applicable return conditions.
- Give the parcel its own budget. Do not treat the sum of item amounts as the full cost of receiving them. Use shipping and the shipping calculator guide for packed weight, dimensions and service conditions; use delivery time and tracking for a shipment's progress.
Keep order identifiers and personal delivery details out of public comments. A product address can identify what you were browsing, but it cannot establish the current state of your own purchase.
Read in the language that helps you decide
The collection includes Polish guides, Spanish guides and Latvian guides. A translated article does not change your destination or establish a country-specific delivery quote. Keep the country and parcel information attached to any shipping decision.
Frequently asked questions
Is a spreadsheet an order record?
No. It can organise products and notes, but your purchase references belong with the actual order. Saving a row does not reserve stock or select an option in your account.
Does a larger collection mean better choices?
Not necessarily. Check whether the relevant entries are understandable and lead to the items you expect. Repeated or unclear entries can make comparison harder.
Can I use somebody else's result as my own estimate?
Only as a prompt for further questions, not as a quote. A different variant, parcel or destination changes what must be checked. Keep discovery, inspection and shipping decisions connected without treating them as interchangeable.
